Both digital and paper versions of the journal are copyrighted by the Aircraft Engine Historical Society, all rights reserved. Except as described below, journals, whether digital or paper, may not be reproduced, by any means, in whole or in part, without written consent of the Aircraft Engine Historical Society, Inc.
Special Provisions for Digital Versions
Each digital version page is marked with the buyer's name, e-mail address and
transaction identifier. The Aircraft Engine Historical Society, Inc.
grants an individual person (licensee) a non-exclusive license to use
information contained in the digital version of the journal, and further grants
the licensee permission to print the journal and to make backup copies of the
digital version for personal use for as long as licensee may live. Licensee may
not sell, lend, share, distribute, or in any other manner allow either digital
or printed portions derived from digital versions to leave licensee's personal
possession. Sale or distribution of the digital version of the journal or of
printed copies derived there from is strictly forbidden, is a violation of
International Copyright Law and will be dealt with accordingly. Purchase of any
digital version use license signifies understanding of and unconditional
