Some gentleman called Norman Lawrence has made a working 1/3 scale Napier Dagger. I'm on holiday, and have no access to e-mail, but does any member know him, or have his contact details? He must have had a Dagger manual to make the drawings.

Peter Wilson's magnificent book on the Jaguar V-12 engine and XJ-13 race car arrived on my doorstep, this morning. I'm putting on the cotton gloves later! (no, I didn’t manage to score one of the 13 special editions at £975; they went before I could organize a bank loan! Got the £75 one, as I couldn’t stretch to one of the 100 leather bound signed copies at £150 at the time orders were taken)
