A few weeks ago I visited a friend to see the radial in his barn. He has had it for a few years, had I not been able to acquire the 2600 I likely would have tried to make it a runner. The engine is from a M-18 Dromader spray plane, there were about a half dozen of them in this area years ago. The engine is the Polish built ASh-62 which is apparently a license built Wright R-1820, it was removed just prior to reaching TBO and was using/leaking a fair bit of oil. Missing mags, carb and oil pump. Not sure if he will ever do anything with it but has plans.

That ASH-62 looks a lot like a Wright R-1820-G100 series. Carl

Roland,
Not many people seem to frequent this site much. I think you should try to write an email to Kim, or maybe he will see your post and can help.

Roland,
Essco has manuals for the 1820. https://www.esscoaircraft.com/c-7656-wright-aeronautical-gr-1820-series.aspx
