The posted schedule looks pretty busy, but should you arrive early or stay late and have an interest in astronomy and related technology, I suggest the following programs at the University of Arizona:

Richard F. Caris Mirror Lab. See the largest single mirror castings in the world being made (27 feet in diameter). Tours usually run M - F in the afternoon near the stadium at the main campus. See link for schedule and prices.

If you want to take advantage of the unusually good sky viewing in Arizona, the university has a program at the cluster of telescopes on Mt. Lemmon, north of the city. This is also a skiing area and is a scenic drive during the day. The viewing sessions begin in the afternoon and use a 32 inch telescope run by a computer for remote imaging. The sessions break up about midnite. See link for schedule and prices.
