Piper-Target Technology, TTL (UK)

Piper engines were built by Piper-Target Technology, Ltd. (TTL) of Ashford, Kent, UK. The firm developed a pair of two-stroke cycle single-cylinder and the pair of HOAE described below for very small remotely piloted vehicles (RPV) and ultralight home built aircraft.
