Arrow engines are designed and built by Arrow Engineering srl of Piacenza, Italy. Their engines are modular air-cooled two-stroke cycle engines for ultralights and other homebuilt aircraft. The firm also builds Arrow aircraft engines with single cylinders and vee-twin cylinders in addition to the HOAEs described here.
