AeroMotion, AMI, Turner (US)

AeroMotion engines were built by AeroMotion, Inc. (AMI) at an unknown address. The original AMI Twin was based on off-the-shelf automotive (Chevrolet V-8) internal parts. Turner Engine Works of Schaumburg, Illinois acquired the designs in 1985 and renamed the O-100 as the Turner Twin Zephyr (SA10/85). This engine has remarkable similarity to the Technopower Twin (O-101), which also was built in the Chicago area. Further information on the relationship between the two engines is being sought.
